These terms govern your use of the ReplayLab pre-launch waitlist. By joining, you agree to them.
Pre-launch product
ReplayLab is a pre-launch product. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or any particular feature. We may change, delay, or cancel the product at our discretion.
No guarantee of access
Waitlist membership — including Founder Member status — does not guarantee an account, an invitation, or continued access. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, without explanation.
Founder Member benefits
Founder Member benefits are subject to fair use. The 50% lifetime discount applies to your first paid plan — defined as the first plan you pay for after general launch — and is non-transferable. It cannot be combined with other offers, applied to additional accounts you create to circumvent fair use, or redeemed for cash.
Communications and cancellation
By joining, you agree to receive product-related emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. We may end the waitlist or your participation in it at any time.
Limitation of liability
The waitlist is provided as-is, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplayLab is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the waitlist.
