This policy explains what ReplayLab ("we", "us") collects when you join our waitlist, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language because we'd rather you understand it than be reassured by legalese.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect the information you provide: your email address, full name, company name, role, company website, primary use case, and your estimated monthly prompt volume. If you choose the Open Waitlist path, we collect only your email address and company name.
Why we collect it
We use this information to manage the waitlist, communicate about the product, and — for Founder Member applicants — to review your application and have focused conversations about what you need. We use your company website and use-case notes to understand the problems teams are trying to solve, which informs how we build.
How we store and process it
Waitlist data is stored in a Supabase (Postgres) database with access restricted to our server. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Both are processors acting on our behalf; your data is not used to train any model and is never sold.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until the product launches and beyond, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your record from our active systems within 30 days, and from backups within a reasonable retention window.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in those emails. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email [email protected]. We'll action deletion requests promptly.
